NX Beta privacy standard
Version 1 • October 6, 2026 • Applies to the owner beta workspace on newsonlogistics.com.
Purpose and minimum collection
Notes, tasks, feedback and concern records support owner work and capability verification. Surveys collect capability, release, answers, optional comment and server time. No survey is required to continue working. Do not enter passwords, payment credentials, medical information or unnecessary personal details.
Private by default
Workspace records are restricted to the confirmed owner. Other signed-in accounts and signed-out visitors have no permission to these beta records. Hosting and database administrators and providers may have technical access within their responsibilities; this is not a promise of end-to-end encryption.
Persona sharing and authority
The hive mind does not receive blanket access to private records. Each future persona capability needs explicit purpose, record scope, separate user/service permissions, expiration and revocation tests. Observe, consult, prepare, execute, approve and administer are distinct actions. Administrative access never overrides the privacy purpose or NX-LAW.
Feedback and private concerns
Participation is voluntary. Feedback reporting a problem or uncertainty opens a private owner-review finding. A separate private concern form is available. A positive survey does not certify security or approve a release. An independent reviewer route is still pending.
Retention, correction and export
Survey originals and concern history are retained for review. A final retention schedule, legal-hold exceptions and deletion handling across backups remain open requirements; automatic deletion is not enabled. Add a linked concern to correct or challenge an original response. The beta center exports its loaded records; it does not yet provide a complete account export or automatic erasure.
Providers, analytics and incident response
The service uses Cloudflare hosting and Supabase authentication/database processing. They may keep service and security logs under their policies. This release adds no advertising tracking or behavioral profiling. Sensitive incidents should be recorded with the minimum necessary details and handled by the responsible human; external notification and independent alert delivery are not automated.
NX-LAW
AI must not make legal, medical, hiring, policing, child safety/development or other irreversible-harm decisions. Legal document drafts require version-specific attorney approval before release.
Beta acceptance requires functional, authorization and privacy tests, correction, retesting and owner review. This standard states our requirements and identifies implementation gaps; it does not close those gaps by itself.
